Use the below charts to determine if your income level meets eligibility requirements.

For low-income rebates, your household income must be below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for your county or you must be a current participant in one or more qualifying assistance programs*.

For moderate-income rebates, your household income must be between 81% and 150% of the AMI for your county.

*If you participate in a qualifying assistance program, you may be eligible for low-income rebates, regardless of household income. Qualifying assistance programs include Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)​, Medicaid​, Food Assistance Program (SNAP)​, Head Start​, Lifeline for Affordable Communications, National School Lunch Program (NSLP), Housing Improvement Program (HIP)​, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS​, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Home Weatherization Assistance Program (aka WAP)​, Women, Infants & Children (WIC)​, Asset Limited Income Constrained Employed (ALICE)​, and Public Housing Authorities.
